Hello friends!

I haven't had time to shot new places and I apologize for that. Abraham and I are using these last two weeks to save every penny for our vacation. These photos are random shots from San Diego, The Los Angeles Arboretum and Long Beach.

Two weeks ago, I changed my diet completely and have spent most of my time working out and eating healthy. Working out actually feels good.

ingredients

This is my everyday breakfast. Oatmeal is great because it keeps you full until it's time for lunch.

I'm a huge fan of The Flame Broiler so I attempted to make my own version:

Veggie Bowl

I change it up for dinner every night. Sometimes I make chicken fajitas or a fresh shrimp salad. (I found this dish pretty easy to make):

Turkey pasta

I hope you enjoyed the mini food diary that I've been keeping the last few days. I've also been listening to a lot of Blonde Redhead and wanted to share this song with you all. Have a great week everyone!

I really love your photos. I think it's a good thing that you maintain healthy eating. It's great that you and Abraham are doing it as a team. In my family, we also support each other when we quit eating meat.

I love your mini food diary. You should keep it up! Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfasts.

Sorry I didn't reply to your comment! I was in the L.A. area, but I was staying with my grandparents who don't have internet, so I was without a connection for a week! Next time! :)

Oh wow Brenda. Yes, wow again, because your photos are that amazing! Yay for healthy eating! I can't say that I'm doing the same thing because I have the most horrible diet- I eat ice cream for breakfast, chocolate for lunch....-but I'm happy for you! Plus your photos just make the healthy food look sooo yum! x x x
