Hollywood

Hollywood Blvd
Chinese Theatre
Ripley's
LA store
shopping center
Redbury building

This past weekend consisted of going to the movies (watched Horrible Bosses), going to Hollywood Blvd. and buying tickets to see Fleet Foxes. They're playing September 15 at the Greek Theatre. (I am beyond excited.)

I often hear and read negative things about LA and while I do agree with most (the city is kinda dirty + often crowded), LA is one of my favorite cities. I like that I can always find something to do, whether it's for my blog or just to hang out with Abraham. What are your thoughts?

I must admit, I'm a bit caught up in the hype of the last Harry Potter movie. (I hope to see it this weekend.) In the meantime, I'm enjoying seeing posts about it: Inglenook + deluminators.

If you have a minute, listen to Fleet Foxes here:

Hollywood looks exactly like what they seem like during red carpet premieres and television series. It's so beautiful. Your photos are so great also, a radiant sunshine can add so much to photos.

Hi hi! Thanks for your comment about Bonnaroo! I did use film - a disposable camera actually. I didn't want to bring anything nicer for running around the mud. Beautiful shots of Hollywood - you do landscape type shots much better than I can!

Brenda, whatever people have said about LA being dirty or whatever, you've made it look like the prettiest place ever. Can you please work for Lonely Planet or something? The photos honestly make me want to board a plane (might also have something to do with how I am freeeezing down here in Australia and LA looks beautiful and sunny).

This post made me so happy because I was like what? Brenda likes Fleet Foxes? Harry Potter? They are two of my biggest passions. I'm so jealous you've got tickets...but also very excited for you :) I hope that you get some good photos! And I went to the midnight premiere of Harry Potter here in Melbourne, I even dressed up as Professor Trelawney! I am Harry Potter obsessed, can't wait til you see it and we can talk about it! I'm soooo sad it's over :( everyone at the cinema looked really depressed when the movie finished!

Let me know how you go with both things!
