I thought I had figured out the perfect gift to give Abe for his birthday,
until his parents said he couldn't have a snake! Even though he knew I wasn't going to be able to buy him one, we still decided to go to the Los Angeles Reptile Show yesterday. They host it every few months and it's actually a pretty neat event. The main reptiles they sell are snakes and chameleons.
Abe having fun
They had so many different types of snakes, we didn't even know where to begin!
This is the snake I was planning to buy him:
Now I'm back to brainstorming ideas for his birthday present! Good thing I still have two weeks to come up with something :) Also, my photography class starts tomorrow (# 6 on my new year's resolutions list!)
